Founded in 2023, Nursemate started with a simple observation: nurses spend too much time on paperwork and not enough with their patients. AI can change that — but only if it's built by people who understand what a 3am handover actually feels like.
We build practical AI tools for the realities of nursing: answering clinical questions, drafting care plans, supporting study — designed to complement nurses, never replace them.
Safety first
Every output is designed to be reviewed by a human professional. Tools support — never replace — clinical judgement.
Human touch
AI should make nurses more present, not more buried in screens. If a tool adds friction, we rethink it.

The story
Hi, I'm Clint.
I'm a nurse based in London, originally from the Philippines. Nursemate started as a side project — a way to see if AI could genuinely lighten the load for nurses like me. It grew into a mission.
